We know families come in all different shapes and sizes. Many vacation rentals in the Zion and Bryce Canyon areas say they sleep 8. However, do you really know what 8 means? Will someone have to sacrifice and sleep on a rollaway bed or, even worse, a lumpy sofa bed? Not at the Zion Adventure Home. We are one of the only VRBO homes that has four full bedrooms. No more will your kids have to fight over who gets what bed.
Even better, each bed has a different firmness rating, so finding the perfect night's sleep should be no problem no matter how picky you are.
Dog Park
Sure, you might be able to find pet-friendly rentals for your Zion National Park vacation, but do they come with a dog park? Not just any dog park but a huge dog park! The park even includes a splash area for dogs, so you could say the La Estancia dog park is actually a waterpark for dogs. If your dog is part of the family, he or she will enjoy their vacation as much as you do. There are even reserved times for small dogs only to use the park. All pet vaccinations are required to enter the dog park.

This four-bedroom vacation home is perfectly placed in the city of Kanab in Utah’s “Grand Circle.” It is within an easy drive of Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. At the end of the day’s adventures, return home to relax and unwind.
Zion Adventure Home is one of the nicest vacation homes in the Grand Circle area, and it has many upgraded finishes throughout. We custom-built this home with the vacation guest in mind. Our master suite features instant hot water in the spacious walk-in shower, large closet, and sitting area with views of the Tom’s Canyon north wall. The home also features three additional spacious bedrooms with queen beds and two additional full bathrooms. We did not skimp on the mattresses; each room has a different mattress feel for a variety of comforts.
The master bedroom and living room both have smart TVs, so you can access your favorite streaming services. There is also unlimited high-speed WiFi throughout the home.
Our granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils to make great meals. Also included are a coffee maker, crock pot, blender, and griddle. Cook at home and save money! The money you could save by cooking at home could easily pay for a vacation home over what a cramped hotel would cost.

On days you want to stay closer to town, the center of Kanab is less than a mile away. If you have a bike, you can easily ride to the center of town to check out all of the happenings in downtown Kanab.
You can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and recharge after a few days of sightseeing.
So, even if you have had a busy day exploring or just recharging, the front porch has very comfortable patio furniture with jaw-dropping views of Tom’s Canyon. Retell your day’s adventures with family or friends. A watchful eye may catch the canyon locals, including a family of mule deer or red-tailed hawks.
This vacation house is pet-friendly!
This pet-friendly home is located directly across the street from the neighborhood’s Best Friend’s Sanctuary-certified dog park. This huge dog park features structures for dogs to climb on and water for them to play in, which is a huge plus on hot days. In my experience, you always meet such nice people at the park.
There is a large two-car garage for parking your vehicles or toys, such as jeeps, UTVs, bicycles, you name it. For those traveling with trailers, parking is provided near the local Subway about a mile away.
Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms are fully furnished with all you need to feel right at home!
Neighborhood Amenities- Outdoor & Indoor Pool, Workout room, Dog park, Tom’s Canyon- Hiking and biking trail access in the neighborhood, plus nearby Squaw Trail and Hog Canyon ORV trail.

Multiple restaurants and grocery stores are 1-3 minutes away. Some of our favorite restaurants are Rocking V, Wild Thyme Cafe, and Peekaboo Canyon Wood Fired Kitchen. If you are vegan or vegetarian, these restaurants have plenty for you to choose from.
The city pool with slides and a lazy river is only a few blocks from the house. Near the city pool, Kanab City Park also has a pump track for bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, or scooters.

Rules for La Estancia Community:
There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You are welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage. ATV’s MUST be parked in the garage.
Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses. - Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities. - Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.

Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike in the red rock country nearby through the many trails such as Squaw, Bunting, and K-Hill trails. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Relax with a dream vacation and re-live life in the west where dozens of western movies were made, Kanab otherwise knows as 'little Hollywood' is home to the Western Legends Roundup, every August and features vendors, great food, two live stages and the National Cowboy Poetry Rodeo.
